Flight Log - 2016-02-13 - Matthew Bond's Rocketarium Mega Vortico
A helicopter style odd-roc, with four "blades" that extend out from the central 24mm motor tube. Literally a larger version of the 18mm Vortico. Constructed from a total of 7 laser cut light plywood parts. Flight profile is high drag, low altitude, spin stabilized, very entertaining.

Weathercocked hard into the wind off the rod, but still put up a nice slow, high drag, high spin, entertaining flight. Plus you can't beat the short recovery walk.
