Flight Log - 2018-08-07 - Matthew Bond's 13mm Payloader 002
NARAM 60 A Payload altitude design. A 13mm booster with a transition to an 18mm payload section which contained both the NAR payload and a short section of coupler tube designed to carry the altimeter, an Altus Metrum MicroPea. Payload bay and coupler were drilled to allow ambient air pressure to reach the altimeter. Nose cone was elliptical shaped balsa.

Replaced shredded chute with a Mylar streamer. Another nice straight boost out of the tower, streamer stripped off at ejection and payload section also separated and came in hot. Flight DQ’d unsafe. Did not track the booster, but it was later recovered from the lost and found box.
