Launched with 2 lights in payload. Believe rocket was too heavy for engine. Slow ignition and liftoff. Rocket rose maybe 40 feet in the air, turned and slammed into the ground. Nosecone damaged. Light broke. Ejection charge went off on the ground, damaging the body tube and popping out the engine retainer ring. Don't believe rocket can be repaired.
