Two stage HPR failure.

2.6" diameter body, two stage HPR. Bottom has 38mm MMT sustainer has 29mm. The sustainer stage had just had a successful test flight on a G131, with no problems in its dual deploy. This launch was to fire booster only (H225) and test stage separation. Both stages had dual deploy, booster stage GWiz LCX400, sustainer Raven3. You can hear the separation charge go off, so at least the LCX was working at that point. Both fin cans can be salvageable, so... rebuild and retry. "All I want for Xmas is a new Raven"
