This being only my second Quest motor, I have little idea how they act. The first one was very weak. This one was much stronger. In this particular flight, the burn lasted for 2.6 seconds and it produced a loud, satisfying roar during the entire long boost phase.  I thought it was odd that the motor would not fit into this Quest model, until I removed the paper wrapper. Even then it was a tight fit.
