Flight Log - 2015-06-20 - Steve Lindeman's Initiator

A beautiful mid-powered rocket from Aerotech. Able to fly on a wide range of motors including single use and RMS in both 24mm and 29mm. It features molded fins, beautiful color coordinated decals, and no-wadding ejection system.

Flight Date: 2015-06-20
Rocket Name: Initiator
Kit Name: Aerotech - Initiator {Kit} (89011) [1989-]
Flyer's Name: Steve Lindeman
Motors: F27-8
Wind Speed: 2.00 mph
Launch Site: JMRC-M.I.S./Graves Farm Campground

After 3 ignitors and 4 tries finally got this motor to light. Then it still chuffed twice before it finally lit and the rocket jumped off the pad trailing a bright red flame. Once airborne everything went fine. Delay was a bit long but OK. On recovery found paint chipped on tip of NC due to where it landed (7th one of my rockets today to land on a service roadYell). No other damage.
