A: still floating down. A result of a heavy rocket, Estes recommendation to use a -5 (I should have known better and tried a -3), and an Estes motor with a delay that burned for a second too long.  The orange thing is a Kevlar parachute protector, but had to function as a streamer for this particular flight.
