Flight Log - 2011-06-19 - Mark Kulka's Excelsior Rocketry - Der Fat Max

Weathercocked a bit in the gusty wind, but still got great altitude. Used a 12" nylon chute this time, which didn't fully fill. Faster descent with less drift. Landed in plowed part of field. No damage. Motor retained with a zip tie - it worked well!
