LAMP is mostly a joke that happened during RSI's 24 hour live feed during the end of their kickstarter campaign for Star Citizen.  http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/cig/star-citizen and http://www.robertsspaceindustries.com/star-citizen/?rid=40931  during this feed, when the Development team went to dinner, for about 2 hours, the camera was pointed at the LAMP.  and thus a legend was born.
