Rocket Name: Chute Howdy 13mm
Flyer's Name: Jeffrey Gortatowsky
Motors: 1/4A3-3T
Expected Altitude: 175 Feet
Wind Speed: 2.00 mph
Launch Site: Santa Fe Dam Rec Area, CA

Thought I would try again... tried packing the chute a bit differently... not a good idea. Great boost. Got the 16 inch chute out just fine... but it did not unfurl. It just streamered in from altitude forever with one shroud line caught wrapped around it. DQ'd
