Weathercocked somewhat into the wind, but drifted back to within 100' on recovery. I was approached by 2 Indy Parks rangers who asked about the nature of what I was doing. I quickly explained model rocketry to them, but I was informed that such "incindiary devices" were not permitted in the park. Looks like I'll be looking for another launch site.
