Estes Aero-Hi

Flight

Just about out of sight. Recovered on a streamer. Recovered about 80 yards away but over in the cat-tails. - A3-4 - Sky Vista [More]

Estes Semi-Scale Saturn V

Went a bit sideways due to bend fins. Need to retire this one. Nose cone recovered by streamer and body on 12" chute. - B6-4 - Sky Vista [More]

Estes No. 2 Estes Sky Writer

Nice flight. Landed close - A8-3 - Sky Vista [More]

Estes Cosmic Cobra

Nose cone jammed at ejection and the rocket came in and dug into the ground. Body tube was split and chopper blades were bent. Everything else was OK. - A8-3 - Sky Vista [More]

Estes No. 2 Estes Sky Writer

Flight

Nice high flight. Almost out of sight. I'll have to remember that a B6-4 in this one is about the limit that the kids can see. Andrea had a long run to recover it but she seemed happy with the flight. Nice flight and recovery. - B6-4 [More]

Estes Baby Bertha

Flight

I was in a hurry packing this one since it was getting late. I must have jammed the wadding in a bit too much. The nose cone just came out a little but no chute. It came in fast but there was no damage. Not too far away from the launch pad. - B6-4 [More]

Estes EAC Viper

Flight

Another flight for the old bird and another good flight as well. - A3-4 [More]

Estes No. 2 Estes Sky Writer

Flight

Another great flight. I'm going to have to try this one on a B6-4. It gets up there on the A8-3. I like to keep it in sight so the kids can see the whole flight. - A8-3 [More]

Estes Cosmic Cobra

Flight

Great flight and recovery. The copter cone came down exactly as expected. - B6-4 [More]

Estes Baby Bertha

Flight

Really nice flight. About a 15 degree launch angle due to the increase in the wind. And it still landed about 100 yrds away. - B6-4 [More]
